Transport Policies &
Commuter Code of Conduct
The standard operating procedures, route protocols, security deposit terms, and commuter responsibilities governing university pick & drop operations across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Institutional Governance & Integrity
These regulations are established in coordination with student bodies, parents, and administrative leadership to guarantee safety, punctuality, and operational excellence for all commuters.
Advance Security Deposit & Written Notice Requirement
Prior to the confirmation of transit registration, one month of advance transport fee will be collected alongside the standard monthly fare as a security deposit. This security deposit is fully refundable upon discontinuation of the transport service, subject to the condition that the student or staff member provides at least one full calendar month of advance written notice. Security deposits will be promptly returned upon fulfillment of the 30-day notice requirement.
Designated Route Stop Boundaries & Vehicle Breakdown Protocol
Official pick and drop operations are strictly restricted to authorized designated route stops and the university entrance gates. Drivers are strictly forbidden from making unscheduled stops or providing ad-hoc pickups or drop-offs at unapproved locations. In the event of an unforeseen mechanical breakdown or vehicle disruption, passengers are requested to cooperate and allow a grace period of up to 30 minutes for an official relief/backup vehicle to reach the location.
Mandatory Leave & Off-Schedule Notification via Route WhatsApp Groups
Any student or staff member who will be absent, taking leave, or attending university at non-standard lecture hours is strictly required to notify their assigned route coordinator in advance via their designated WhatsApp group. Independent, monitored WhatsApp coordination groups are maintained for each specific route corridor to ensure seamless dispatch synchronization and prevent vehicle delays.
Strict Drop-Off Adherence & Mandatory Parental Authorization for Deviations
No student will be picked up or dropped off at any location other than their officially registered route stop. Every student will be transported directly and exclusively to their designated home stop. In the event that a student requests an alternative stop or emergency detour, such accommodations can only be facilitated following direct, verified written or telephonic authorization from the student's parents or legal guardians.
Passenger Exclusivity for University Members & Monthly Payment Due Date
Transport facilities are reserved exclusively for registered university students and institutional staff. Boarding external acquaintances, friends, or unauthorized non-university individuals is strictly prohibited under institutional security bylaws. All registered commuters must clear their monthly transport fee regularly on or before the 5th of each calendar month.
Academic Closures, Retainer Dues & Summer Vacation Retainer Schedule
In the event that the university remains closed for an entire calendar month (30 days) due to examinations, term breaks, or administrative orders, a 50% retainer fee (equivalent to 15 days of transport) is payable to maintain vehicle operations and retain seat reservations. If the university operates for at least 15 days in a given month, full monthly transport dues will be charged. During official annual summer vacations, a mandatory half-monthly (50%) payment is charged to preserve the commuter's designated seat for the upcoming term.
3-Minute Maximum Stop Window, Code of Etiquette & Direct Escalation
At each designated stop, the transit vehicle will wait for a maximum grace period of 3 minutes. It is the sole responsibility of every commuter to arrive at their assigned stop prior to scheduled departure. If a commuter is delayed beyond 3 minutes, the vehicle will depart on schedule, and the company assumes no liability for missed transportation. Commuters must conduct themselves with exemplary moral character, courtesy, and respect toward drivers and fellow passengers. In the event of any grievance, service inquiry, or chauffeur conduct issue, contact the reception desk or escalate directly to Executive Director Syed Aamir Abbas Shah at the provided contact hotlines.
Seasonal Non-Refundable Months (May, June & July) & Fuel Price Indexation
Security deposit refunds are strictly suspended and non-refundable during the seasonal academic completion months of May, June, and July. For all other academic months, security deposits remain fully refundable upon the provision of one month's prior written notice. Furthermore, transport fares are subject to proportional rationalization in the event of petroleum or fuel tariff increases by regulatory authorities.
